Tyler Fuhrman
Tyler Fuhrman has over seven years of experience in the golf industry, he has built a reputation as a dedicated and knowledgeable Master Club Fitter focused on helping golfers maximize performance through equipment fitting and data-driven analysis. Throughout his career, he has earned multiple manufacturer certifications across leading golf brands, along with advanced launch monitor certification, allowing him to deliver comprehensive fitting experiences tailored to players of all skill levels.
Prior to his current role, Tyler served as Fitting Manager at 2nd Swing Golf, where he led a team of seven professional fitters. In that leadership position, he was responsible for training, performance development, customer experience standards, and overseeing high-volume fitting operations while maintaining a strong focus on personalized service and player improvement.
His expertise spans full bag fittings, driver optimization, shaft profiling, launch monitor analysis, and equipment education. Tyler combines technical product knowledge with a passion for the game to create fitting experiences that build confidence and produce results on the course. Tyler's end goal is to help players play better golf and enjoy the game even more.
Matt Decker
A certified master fitter and golf professional with over 15 years of experience in the golf industry. Starting off as a bag boy at his hometown's country club in upstate New York, Matt has been in several assistant pro positions at various golf and country clubs up and down the east coast, such as hudson national golf club, old memorial golf club, and Chartwell golf and country club.
From teaching to pro shop merchandising to coaching dominating PGA Jr. League teams, Matt took his expertise to Five Iron Golf Baltimore in 2019 as 5I's head club fitter and the Baltimore location's most sought-after instructor. In 2021, 5I Baltimore was named as one of America's best clubfitters for 2021-2022.
Along with his wife, Lindsay, college roommate, Griff, and his wife, Mackenzie, Matt purchased golf etc. Tech studio in June 2022 from Karl and Carol Seibel. With a leap of faith, a dream, and a blessing from Karl and Carol, we are so excited to bring you the latest in golf and the best fitting experience out there.
